Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have. Short version: only what we need to help you — and we never sell it.

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Broadhead Media (“Broadhead Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Colorado-based marketing, web design, and AI agency serving the outdoor industry, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit broadheadmedia.com (the “Site”), contact us, book a call, or interact with our Spotter chat assistant.

Information we collect

We try to collect as little as possible — only what we need to respond to you and run our services.

  • Information you submit via the contact form or the Spotter chat widget. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message or chat. You choose what to share — if you include other details in a message, we receive those too.
  • Booking details via our scheduler. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the information needed to set up the meeting (such as your name, email, and your selected time), and shares it with us.
  • Basic, privacy-friendly analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general Site traffic — things like page views and referring sources, in aggregate. It uses no cookies and performs no cross-site tracking, and it does not fingerprint or build a profile of individual visitors.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you don’t send any through the Site.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information you ask for;
  • Schedule and conduct calls and meetings;
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our services and the Site; and
  • Communicate with you about a project or service you’ve engaged us for.

The Spotter assistant

Our Site includes Spotter, our AI chat assistant. When you chat with Spotter, your messages are processed by a third-party AI provider in order to generate responses. Please don’t share sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information in the chat. Like any AI tool, Spotter can occasionally be wrong — verify anything important with us directly.

Third-party services we rely on

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the Site and our services. These providers process information only as needed to provide their service to us:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics;
  • Resend — transactional email (for example, delivering the messages you send us);
  • Google Calendar — scheduling and bookings; and
  • A third-party AI provider — powers the Spotter chat assistant by processing chat messages to generate responses.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy and security practices.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t rent or trade it. We don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and local storage

We keep this minimal. Our analytics use no cookies. The Spotter chat widget may use limited, functional browser storage (such as local storage) so the chat works properly during your visit. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the Site.

Data retention

We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal, accounting, or recordkeeping requirements — then we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email [email protected] and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

Children’s privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including hosting on reputable infrastructure and limiting access to your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Links to third-party sites

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we don’t operate or control. This Privacy Policy doesn’t apply to those sites — please review their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page. Material changes take effect when posted.
